Regulatory and Compliance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Regulatory and Compliance Officer to join CP AXTRA AC Corporation’s supply‑chain team in the Philippines. The role ensures that all imported, distributed and retail products meet local legal and health‑authority requirements, supporting our market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of permits, licences and clearances for import, distribution and retail operations.
• Prepare and submit product registration dossiers to the FDA and other health agencies, ensuring compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison with government bodies such as FDA, NMIS, DA, BFAR and BAI, handling follow‑ups and representing the company in forums.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers to verify product specifications, labels and import readiness.
• Lead on‑site inspections and audits at offices and warehouses, maintaining documentation standards.
• Monitor regulatory policy changes and advise internal teams on necessary adjustments.

Required profile

• Graduate of an allied health, food science or related discipline.
• Licensed professional (Pharmacist, Chemist or other FDA‑recognised licence).
• Minimum three years of experience in FDA regulatory compliance and licensing.
• Hands‑on experience with FDA LTO, CPR, renewals and related documentation.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork at government agencies and report to the Makati head office or Balintawak store.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple regulatory timelines.
