Regulatory Affairs & Quality Compliance Supervisor

About the role

Pure Form is expanding its wellness brand across Southeast Asia and seeks a Regulatory Affairs & Quality Compliance Supervisor to lead regulatory strategy and quality execution in the Philippines. You will act as the primary liaison with the Philippine FDA, ensure product compliance, and support regional market entry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all Philippine FDA filings, including License to Operate renewals, product registrations, amendments, and notifications.
• Represent Pure Form during FDA audits, inspections, and official correspondence.
• Monitor regulatory developments, advisories, and enforcement trends affecting food supplements, labeling, advertising, importation, storage, and distribution.
• Translate regulatory changes into internal procedures, compliance timelines, and business impact updates.
• Review product labels, packaging proofs, ingredient lists, allergen declarations, and marketing claims for legal compliance.
• Oversee batch‑release activities, quality incident response, and technical documentation such as stability reports and Free Sale Certificates.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, laboratories, warehouses, distributors, and internal teams to ensure seamless compliance across ASEAN markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory affairs and quality compliance for food supplements, preferably in the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations and ASEAN regulatory landscape.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and guide junior QA personnel.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with regulators, partners, and internal stakeholders.
