Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist

About the role

The Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist will ensure our cosmetics portfolio complies with all relevant Philippine FDA regulations. You will develop regulatory strategies, manage product registrations, and act as the primary liaison with the FDA for inspections and correspondence.

Key responsibilities

• Register cosmetics and personal‑care products with the FDA and prepare LTO license renewals.
• Coordinate FDA inspections, handle Notices of Compliance, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of cosmetics regulations.
• Verify that product formulations meet Philippine FDA standards and that warehouses comply with FDA requirements.
• Conduct product testing for finished goods, schedule monthly warehouse visits, and oversee pest‑control coordination.
• Update internal teams on regulatory changes, mentor junior pharmacists, and prepare monthly regulatory reports.
• Manage supplier relationships, perform annual audits of manufacturers and toll manufacturers, and compile Product Information Files according to the ASEAN Cosmetics Directive.
• Process memoranda of agreement renewals and request GMP/ISO documentation from manufacturers.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of FDA rules, policies, and Philippine cosmetics regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication, high attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• FDA regulatory compliance for cosmetics.
• Cosmetics product registration and LTO licensing.
• ASEAN Cosmetics Directive documentation.
• Supplier and manufacturer audit experience.
• GMP and ISO standards familiarity.
