Registered Pharmacist

About the role

We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist to join Amesco Drug Corporation, a leading retail pharmacy chain. In this role you will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately and safely, consulting with patients and healthcare providers, and supporting the pharmacy team in delivering high‑quality health services. The position operates in a pharmacy setting and may require evening or weekend hours.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medications, ensuring correct dosage, labeling, and patient instructions.
• Consult with patients and healthcare providers regarding drug interactions, dosage adjustments, and proper medication use, providing clear counseling.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient medication records, verify prescriptions, and ensure compliance with all health regulations and pharmacy standards.
• Provide immunizations and conduct health screenings as required by public health guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and workflow coordination during evening or weekend shifts to maintain efficient pharmacy operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Recent graduates are welcome; no prior professional experience is required.
• Detail‑oriented, compassionate, and able to communicate complex medical information clearly to patients.
• Strong English language proficiency to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to assess medication regimens and identify potential issues.
