Registered Nurse – Pharmacovigilance (Hybrid)

About the role

Cognizant is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (or Registered Pharmacist) to join its Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations team. The role starts with full‑time onsite training and then moves to a hybrid work arrangement, supporting global customers from the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑shift, voice‑based support for pharmacovigilance cases.
• Conduct structured, empathetic clinical interviews with patients and healthcare providers.
• Gather, interpret and summarize clinical information, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Enter data into safety systems/CRMs while adhering to SOPs, confidentiality standards and Good Documentation Practices.
• Adapt to shifting schedules, process changes and regulatory updates.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; Registered Pharmacist (RPh) also considered.
• 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, medications and common disease conditions.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and confidentiality standards.
• Flexibility to work onsite during training and later in a hybrid model.
