Registered Nurse – Onsite Healthcare Provider

About the role

Nickelbase is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to deliver on‑site health services for its mining operations in the Philippines. The Company Nurse will provide first‑aid care, monitor employee health, and promote wellness across the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Administer first aid and emergency treatment when needed.
• Check and monitor health indicators such as blood pressure and other conditions.
• Provide health advice, counseling, and wellness lectures to employees.
• Maintain accurate employee health records and document injuries or illnesses.
• Submit monthly health reports to the operating company.
• Assist with pre‑employment and post‑medical examinations.
• Support the company physician and dentist during clinic visits.
• Ensure medical supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Promote and participate in company‑initiated health programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and perform other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health training for nurses.
• Pass the Professional Nurse Board Exam (Philippines).
• Good physical condition and ability to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willingness to work onsite at mining sites and perform frequent physical movement.
