About the role

Kalma Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its retirement community in Silang on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on delivering personalized nursing care to senior residents, ensuring their health, safety, and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Ensure adherence to established care plans and infection‑control protocols.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all nursing activities.

Required profile

• Current and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Proficiency in patient care practices such as medication administration, vital‑sign monitoring, and care‑plan management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and family interaction.
• Ability to keep precise health records and documentation.
• Experience in elderly or geriatric nursing is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of infection‑control practices and basic first‑aid procedures.
