About the role

The Medical City Clinic is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Waltermart location in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. You will work closely with physicians to deliver high‑quality patient care, respond to medical emergencies, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.

Key responsibilities

Gather and record patients’ vital signs and medical histories.
Develop and implement appropriate nursing care plans.
Perform triage, routine procedures such as blood pressure measurement and injections.
Document patient data through accurate charting.
Monitor inventory and ensure availability of medical supplies.
Submit monthly census reports and undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a valid PRC license.
At least six (6) months of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong customer service orientation and effective verbal and written communication.
