Registered Nurse – Clinical Care at Waltermart Gapan

About the role
The Medical City Clinic is seeking a Nurse to work at its Waltermart Gapan location in Nueva Ecija. The nurse will support doctors, monitor patients, and respond to emergencies in a busy outpatient setting.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and record patients’ vital signs
- Document patients’ medical history
- Ensure patients’ safety and comfort
- Develop appropriate nursing care plans
- Triaging of patients
- Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurement and injections
- Chart patient data accurately
- Monitor inventory and ensure availability of medical supplies
- Submit monthly census report
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a valid PRC license
- At least six (6) months of experience in a clinical setting
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer‑service orientation
