Regional Sourcing Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sourcing Senior Associate to support the delivery of sourcing strategies across the region. Working closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring teams, you will help identify and engage talent for specialist and high‑volume roles.

Key responsibilities

• Define the sourcing strategy for business requisitions by selecting the most appropriate channels.
• Provide support in sourcing specialist roles and ad‑hoc recruiter needs.
• Identify prospects and generate long‑lists of candidates for each requirement.
• Engage candidates, introduce them to the recruitment process and convert prospects to active candidates.
• Develop market mapping, advertising and sourcing strategies (online and offline) to locate talent.
• Research new sourcing channels and build business cases for cost efficiencies.
• Create branding and marketing materials in collaboration with the Brand, Marketing & Communications team.
• Network on social media to build and maintain talent pools aligned with business needs.
• Capture competitive and market intelligence and share findings with talent acquisition and business stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment system data, update trackers and generate reports and insights.

Required profile

• A recognised degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing high‑volume recruitment.
• Full‑cycle recruitment experience for technical roles such as technology, IT or KYC positions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and work with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
