Regional Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Regional Marketing Specialist will drive Binance’s community‑focused marketing initiatives across targeted regions. Working closely with product, business development and local partners, you will design and execute campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement and user acquisition in the fast‑moving crypto space.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and measure integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to performance analysis.
• Create and test new content, creatives and channels to accelerate acquisition growth.
• Build, manage and grow community presence on local social platforms such as Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and other forums.
• Moderate forums, chat groups and social channels to foster positive interaction and increase engagement.
• Identify and manage relationships with KOLs, affiliates and ambassadors.
• Design incentive programs that encourage community participation and network expansion.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts with Binance teams (BD, marketing, research, data) to align objectives.
• Conceptualise and execute online and offline events, handling budgeting, vendor negotiations and finance tracking.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on community management experience, preferably in a startup or crypto environment.
• 1+ year of experience organising online and offline events.
• Strong ownership, emotional intelligence and ability to work flexible, extended hours.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with community platforms such as Telegram, Instagram and Facebook.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency terminology and market trends.
