Regional Manager

About the role

The Regional Manager will be based in Urdaneta and will lead sales, distribution and operational activities across the assigned territory. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on achieving regional revenue targets while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to meet or exceed regional targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and adjust plans accordingly.
• Visit key accounts regularly, review inventory levels and coordinate logistics.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate pricing, promotions and product initiatives with central management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and other partners.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a field team of sales and support staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional or area management, preferably in agricultural or automotive product distribution.
• Strong sales planning, territory and account management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, logistics coordination and order fulfillment.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and performance‑management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region and work on‑site in Urdaneta.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software such as spreadsheets, presentations and email.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
