Regional Head - Eastern Visayas

About the role

The Regional Head will lead the business operations for the Eastern Visayas area, driving sales growth and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This senior position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands‑on field work.

Key responsibilities

• Guide subordinates in achieving business goals and oversee overall area performance.
• Develop and execute action plans, allocate assignments, and manage resources effectively.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance team skills and competencies.
• Identify problems, gather information, and devise alternative solutions for decision‑making.
• Evaluate performance of sales supervisors, coordinators, and sales representatives.
• Perform trade checks and address field concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Degree holder in Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Preferably experienced in FMCG, account management, and sales.
• Strong leadership background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with strong decision‑making abilities.
• Possesses a driver’s license and is willing to conduct fieldwork.

• Knowledge of GMP standards.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Knowledge of HALAL standards.
