Refrigeration Technician – Cebu

About the role

Epta Refrigeration Philippines is seeking a Service Technician to deliver maintenance, repair and installation services for commercial refrigeration systems at our Cebu office.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the Service Manual to apply standards and best practices in service delivery.
• Identify, recommend and perform repairs or replacements of refrigeration units, providing optimal solutions to clients.
• Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Comply with company safety policies, PPE requirements and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Submit service reports and secure delivery receipts, transmittal slips and related documents.
• Coordinate material requisition and returns with the Warehouse Department.
• Perform other duties necessary to achieve service goals.

Required profile

• Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in commercial refrigeration.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and air‑conditioning technology, ability to read blueprints and layouts.
• Proficiency in operating tools and machines.
• Valid driver’s license; preferably experience driving four‑wheel vehicles.
• Preferably 1‑4 years experience in maintenance/repair of facilities and machinery.
