Recruitment Team Lead – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

DOXA is looking for a results‑driven Recruitment Team Lead to manage and develop a high‑performing group of recruiters. Based in the Philippines and working remotely, you will partner with sales, leadership and hiring managers to meet hiring targets across multiple client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and hold recruiters accountable for individual and team hiring goals.
• Monitor compliance with recruitment processes, ATS usage and best practices.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to assess compensation competitiveness and talent market trends.
• Assign job requisitions, review job descriptions and support recruiter calibration.
• Track recruitment metrics, candidate processing times and hiring manager responsiveness.
• Prepare and present weekly recruitment reports with actionable recommendations.
• Conduct hiring manager calibrations and internal assessment reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing recruitment operations in a multi‑client environment is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+‑C1) and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Recruitment reporting and analytics.
• Microsoft 365 suite.
