Recruitment Specialist – Remote (US/UK Markets)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will support clients across the US and UK markets, driving high‑volume, performance‑focused hiring while enjoying global exposure and uncapped earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑caliber candidates across global markets.
• Conduct passive sourcing and headhunting for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from interview to offer.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Develop and nurture relationships with both candidates and client hiring managers.
• Achieve and exceed placement and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for US and/or UK markets.
• Strong agency background preferred.
• Proven ability to perform passive sourcing and headhunting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working US EST hours.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and resource‑ful.
