Recruitment Specialist (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a part‑time, remote basis. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services for our Australian clients, handling everything from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates across various channels for positions in Australia.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to shortlist suitable applicants.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably for international clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently from a home office and adhere to a dayshift schedule.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
