About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in blue‑collar hiring to lead high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment for an Australian client. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Pasig City and offers the chance to work with international clients while contributing to a fast‑growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for blue‑collar positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with both candidates and the Australian client.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure hiring targets are met.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in high‑volume blue‑collar recruitment.
• Ability to work effectively with international clients.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site full time in Pasig City.
