Recruitment Officer

About the role

Human Nature is seeking a proactive and highly organized Recruitment Officer to join its HR team. The role focuses on managing high‑volume hiring, building talent pipelines, and delivering an excellent candidate experience while supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple recruitment requisitions, align with business priorities, and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, referrals, school partnerships, and career fairs using Boolean search and proactive strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights, set realistic timelines, and ensure transparent recruitment processes.
• Develop and maintain standardized recruitment workflows, leverage ATS and automation tools, and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Organize daily workflows to balance sourcing, interviewing, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Support employer branding through job fairs, campus events, and recruitment marketing, while enhancing candidate experience.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
