Recruitment Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Recruitment Marketing Assistant will design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events that boost the bank's employer brand, attract qualified candidates, and support hiring plans across multiple programs.

Key responsibilities

• Create, identify, and implement recruitment marketing campaigns and events to convert leads into applicants.
• Communicate the employer brand story across social media, resume databases, and professional networks to generate quality applicants.
• Build partnerships with schools and professional organizations to increase brand awareness.
• Represent the bank at job fairs, mock interviews, and career talks.
• Develop and maintain a talent community for current and future vacancies.
• Conduct in‑depth HR interviews as part of the candidate due‑diligence process.
• Coordinate status updates with requesting units and prepare job offer sheets for senior approval.
• Prepare hiring and payroll documentation for onboarding and compensation teams.
• Generate reports and recommend data‑driven improvements to increase team productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience in sourcing, selection, onboarding, and account management.
• Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms for recruitment.
• Experience using resume databases and professional networking sites.
