Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Recruitment Manager leads the end‑to‑end talent acquisition function, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This senior position develops recruitment strategies, partners with hiring managers, and continuously improves processes, employer branding, and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and manpower needs.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from request approval to candidate pre‑onboarding, meeting SLA targets.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance rate, and recruiter productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, conducting performance reviews and capability‑building initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing market insights and managing hiring expectations.
• Enhance employer branding through job portals, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and university collaborations.
• Identify and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, schools, and professional organizations.
• Review and improve recruitment workflows, leveraging technology and ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports, ensure compliance with policies and data privacy, and manage recruitment budgets.

Required profile

• Approximately 15 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including technical and corporate recruitment.
• Proven people‑management experience leading recruiters.
• Strong knowledge of labor market trends and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and recruitment reporting.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologies.
• Proficiency in digital recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and recruitment analytics.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
