Recruitment Coordinator – RPO

About the role
As a Recruitment Coordinator within IBM Consulting, you will support the end‑to‑end hiring process for our clients and internal teams. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring interviews, travel, offers and onboarding run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Contact applicants and hiring managers to schedule interviews and coordinate travel.
- Book interview resources and generate offer letters/packages.
- Post job requisitions and manage requisition statuses in the ATS.
- Facilitate background investigations and monitor vendor activity.
- Kick‑off, monitor, and complete onboarding activities.
- Update the applicant management database and send status notifications.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as required by management.
Required profile
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment administration (scheduling, onboarding, offers).
- At least 1 year of experience in the candidate selection process.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources or staffing.
- RPO experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
