Recruitment Coordinator (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) activities. The role is focused on administrative coordination of interviews, offers, onboarding, and background checks, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contact applicants and hiring managers to schedule interviews and coordinate travel when needed.
• Book interview resources, generate and send offer letters, and manage welcome calls before start dates.
• Post job requisitions and maintain accurate requisition statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Facilitate background investigations, monitor vendor activity, and resolve any background variance issues.
• Kick‑off, monitor, and complete onboarding activities, updating the ATS and notifying relevant recruitment support groups.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required by management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, offer generation, and onboarding.
• Experience with candidate selection processes and basic HR or staffing functions.
• Exposure to Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
