Recruitment Coordinator – Remote (Permanent)

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to work remotely on a permanent basis. You will connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S. healthcare clients, ensuring each placement supports quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews using HelloHire or similar tools.
• Utilise platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑paced recruiting, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently from home.
• Capacity to meet hiring goals and adapt to shifting priorities.
