About the role
Korn Ferry is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator (Candidate Care Coordinator) to join its team in BGC, Taguig City. This full‑time hybrid position provides administrative, process‑management and reporting support to leaders and talent‑acquisition teams, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality administrative and reporting support for talent‑acquisition initiatives.
- Manage recruitment processes and act as the go‑to person for the team or line of business.
- Assist with day‑to‑day office operations to maintain an efficient work environment.
- Achieve personal targets and contribute to Korn Ferry’s positive image through candidate and client interaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior and personal integrity.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of recruitment or relevant experience.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong aptitude for learning and using technology.
