Recruitment Consultant – Remote

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to manage end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and non‑technical positions. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the Philippines while collaborating with a diverse, inclusive team.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and conduct reference checks for candidates across a range of roles.
• Translate hiring requirements into engaging job postings.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and talent pools using internal tools.
• Convert original CVs into the company‑standard format.
• Design and execute daily marketing strategies to capture leads via online ads and social media, with training provided.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably for technical labor‑hire roles in ACT or Australia.
• Experience with Federal Government recruitment is a plus.
• Active LinkedIn presence and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Job Adder.
• Experience using HRIS platforms.
• Effective use of LinkedIn for candidate engagement.
