Recruiter – Talent & Partnership Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing agency seeking a remote Recruiter who will lead talent acquisition and partnership development. The role focuses on sourcing high‑performing team members, affiliates, influencers and strategic partners, with compensation driven by performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit and screen qualified candidates for agency positions; manage outreach, schedule interviews and maintain talent pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
• Identify, recruit and activate influencers, content creators and affiliate partners through social media, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain partnership records, reporting and support growth initiatives.
• Build prospect lists, research creator communities and generate new partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, outreach, business development or influencer marketing.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
