Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, detail‑oriented Recruiter to support talent acquisition for our managed accounts. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for various roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to match talent with business needs.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from start to finish.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Exposure to legal recruiting or construction/light industrial roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with data, trackers, and recruitment systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Background in HR, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Driven, resourceful, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
