Recruiter – RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for a Recruiter to join its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team. You will work closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition partners to source, screen and present qualified candidates for a variety of client requisitions. The role supports high‑volume hiring across multiple industries, including technology and healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen candidate applications from multiple sourcing channels and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Post job requisitions on relevant job boards and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, communicating the client’s EVP and role details.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Talent Acquisition Business Partners to refine sourcing strategies and ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
• Provide regular status updates, short‑list candidates, and support offer negotiations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO or agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver high‑volume hiring initiatives.
• Experience using web‑based applicant tracking systems and following functional recruitment best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as a brand ambassador for the client.
