Recruiter (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for a Recruiter specialized in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to manage inbound and active candidate pipelines. You will partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition business partners to source, screen, and present qualified talent for client interviews, while representing IBM’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and coordinate logistics.
• Post job requisitions on relevant job boards and maintain accurate listings.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimisation within recruitment workflows.
• Participate in discovery meetings to define delivery expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Apply screening criteria, conduct resume reviews, pre‑recorded or scripted interviews, and generate short‑lists.
• Act as a brand ambassador to keep candidates engaged and informed about the client’s value proposition.
• Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and talent acquisition business partners.
• Maintain recruitment systems with up‑to‑date candidate information.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO, or agency environment.
• Proven experience in candidate selection processes and use of web‑based applicant tracking systems.
• Solid knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources recruitment activities.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency
