Recruiter – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

InsideOut Hiring is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join its remote team serving U.S.-based clients. The role is fully remote from the Philippines and focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition for virtual assistants and other remote professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑quality candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings and in‑depth interviews to assess technical abilities and cultural fit.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Schedule interviews, perform reference checks and coordinate background verifications.
• Extend offers and support salary negotiations to secure top talent.
• Provide a professional and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent‑acquisition role.
• Strong judgment and ability to identify “star” candidates.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with excellent organization under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and modern sourcing platforms.
