Recruiter – Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

About the role

The Recruiter will manage inbound and active candidate processing for IBM Consulting’s RPO engagements. You will review and screen applications from multiple sourcing channels, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and act as the first point of contact, conveying the client’s EVP and role details.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and post job requisitions on relevant boards.
• Maintain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts and identify optimization opportunities.
• Screen, shortlist, and submit candidates using resume reviews, pre‑recorded or scripted interviews.
• Act as a brand ambassador to engage and retain candidate interest.
• Provide status updates to Hiring Managers or Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABPs) and review candidate pool strength.
• Contribute to high client satisfaction, supporting positive NPS scores and case studies.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience with stakeholder management and high‑volume hiring.
• Experience in in‑house, RPO or agency environments, preferably in US, healthcare or IT recruitment.
• Proficiency with web‑based applicant tracking systems and knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Background in Human Resources or staffing functions.
