Recruiter – Project Based

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join Home Credit Philippines on a project‑based assignment. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and business units to attract and secure top talent, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end recruitment support for various roles across the organization.
• Partner with the TA team to design sourcing, assessment and closing strategies.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and deliver detailed feedback to hiring managers.
• Manage interview scheduling, logistics and communication to maintain a positive candidate journey.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using web sourcing, Boolean searches, referrals and social networking.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners.
• Prepare recruitment reports and contribute to special projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1‑2 years of recruitment experience.
• Solid understanding of full‑cycle recruitment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
