Recruiter (Part‑time, Hybrid) with Joining Bonus

About the role

iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking a part‑time Recruiter to join its hybrid team in Taguig. The role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a fast‑growing digital services provider, offering a joining bonus and a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and recruitment events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for both volume and niche hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate panel members and manage the applicant tracking system.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and cost‑per‑hire, and recommend process improvements.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or technology environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in BGC and adapt to shifting schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ATS platforms.
