Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruiter manages full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing, screening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screening/interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Manage offers and support offer negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely hiring.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience handling high‑volume recruitment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
