Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services within a captive/shared services environment. The role supports global or regional business units, focusing on sourcing, attracting and hiring high‑quality talent while ensuring compliance with company standards and local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements across supported business units.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, meeting SLAs and hiring targets.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media and professional networks.
• Conduct structured screening and interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Maintain a consistent, positive candidate experience aligned with employer branding.
• Keep accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements and applicable labor laws.
• Collaborate with HR, onboarding and support teams for smooth candidate transition.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in a captive/shared services or BPO setting.
• Familiarity with high‑volume hiring and structured hiring processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, data accuracy and ability to work within defined processes and SLAs.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
