About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will manage the financial aspects of construction projects, preparing tender documents, budgets, and bills of quantities while ensuring best value for money.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities for site engineers or clients.
  • Review architectural plans, perform detailed quantity assessments and cost estimates.
  • Create price forecasts, conduct feasibility studies and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Manage material submission, ordering, procurement and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
  • Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress and forecast final project costs.

Required profile

  • PRC‑licensed Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, property engineering, real estate or infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, cost estimation and project management.

Required skills

  • Interpretation of technical drawings.
  • Quantity take‑offs and preparation of bills of quantities.
  • Cost estimation and budgeting.
