Quantity Surveyor & Cost Manager

About the role

The Quantity Survey and Cost Manager will lead the Quantity Survey Section, developing detailed cost estimates for construction projects across all trades (architectural, structural, MEPFS). You will ensure budgets align with financial objectives and drive cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates based on design specifications.
• Create and monitor project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
• Oversee tender documentation preparation and manage the bidding process.
• Ensure contract compliance and manage change orders with proper documentation.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through design analysis.
• Maintain cost estimates in line with industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of quantity surveying experience on real‑estate construction projects.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of house and land development processes and amenities engineering.
