About the role
As a Quality & Reliability Technician IV you will ensure that products and processes meet all internal and regulatory standards. You will work closely with engineers and customers to drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality reviews and internal audits, evaluate data and write reports on compliance.
- Monitor product lifecycle processes for adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
- Analyze statistical data and product specifications to set quality and reliability objectives.
- Provide data‑driven improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with Quality & Reliability Engineers on project deliverables and manage standard projects for non‑complex customers.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years or more of related experience.
- High school diploma required; AA degree or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
