Quality Manager – Philippines

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance activities for our EMS and semiconductor manufacturing operations in the Philippines. The role ensures compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and international quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all QC activities, ensuring adherence to procedures, customer specifications, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, and comprehensive quality documentation.
• Monitor quality KPIs, analyse trends and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and increase yield.
• Conduct investigations of customer complaints and internal quality issues using structured problem‑solving tools.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams on quality issues, audits and corrective actions.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and support internal and external audits.
• Manage, train and develop the Quality team to meet performance objectives.
• Support New Product Introduction, process transfers and engineering change activities to guarantee quality readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management within EMS or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 and customer quality requirements.
• Experience implementing and maintaining a Document Control Center.
• Familiarity with EMS processes such as PCBA, box‑build assembly and inspection stages.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities with customer‑facing experience.
• Open to Malaysian candidates willing to work in the Philippines.
