Quality Manager – Philippines

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions in the Philippines. You will be responsible for establishing robust quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring product quality meets both customer and regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all QC activities to ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, and quality documentation systems.
• Monitor quality KPIs, analyse trends and implement improvement actions to reduce defects and improve yield.
• Lead investigations of customer complaints and internal quality issues using structured problem‑solving tools.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams on quality‑related issues, audits and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support internal and external audits.
• Manage, train and develop the Quality team to achieve performance and quality objectives.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process transfer and engineering change activities to ensure quality readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management within EMS or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Experience with Document Control Center (DCC) and EMS processes such as PCBA, box‑build assembly, and inspection stages.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities, with customer‑facing experience.
