Quality Manager – Philippines

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the quality assurance function, ensuring that all products meet established standards and regulatory requirements. This position is based in the Philippines and involves close collaboration with internal teams and customers to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise subordinates to perform QC activities according to established procedures.
• Execute inspection plans and methods as defined in the inspection checklist.
• Monitor quality trends, develop improvement plans, and oversee their implementation.
• Liaise with internal personnel and customers on all quality issues.
• Organize, upgrade, and motivate the quality team to achieve objectives.
• Participate in new projects, address high failure rates on the production line, and conduct experiments and evaluations to enhance product quality.

Required profile

• Familiarity with quality standards and processes to comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Strong communication skills for reporting, meetings, and status updates.
• In‑depth knowledge of the product to perform accurate quality control.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems and DCC.
