Quality Management System Specialist

About the role

The Quality Management System Specialist supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of Advanced Energy's Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures ongoing certification to current and future management system standards and helps maintain compliance with regulatory, statutory, and industry requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Internal Audit Plan aligned with applicable standards.
• Facilitate training for Internal Auditors and conduct internal audits.
• Prepare detailed Internal Audit Reports and issue Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes, reviewing Root Cause Corrective Action submissions.
• Maintain audit data in centralized databases and generate analysis reports.
• Prepare presentations for Management Review meetings and provide updates on CAR and Problem Reporting System status.
• Lead coordination for third‑party certification and surveillance audits.
