Quality Engineer & Technical Writer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer / Technical Writer to partner with local and international clients, develop robust quality documentation, and support ISO management systems. You will play a key role in auditing processes, improving business workflows, and translating complex technical information into clear, user‑friendly guides.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct desktop audits against international standards and client requirements.
• Develop and document SOPs, work instructions, quality manuals, and management system documentation.
• Perform process analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist clients in complying with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001.
• Carry out risk assessments, identify non‑conformances, recommend corrective actions, and prepare audit reports.
• Translate complex technical information into clear documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WhatsApp.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in quality engineering, technical writing, process engineering, compliance, or business‑process improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and auditing principles is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
