Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to lead quality planning and deployment for new product introductions at our aerospace manufacturing facility in Tanauan City. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that products meet customer, regulatory and internal standards such as AS9100.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality planning and deployment activities for new product introductions (NPI/NPD) from concept through production release.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans and Root Cause Analysis reports.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements and internal quality standards (e.g., AS9100).
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and supply‑chain teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
