Quality Control Pharmacist

About the role

The Quality Control Pharmacist ensures that finished pharmaceutical products meet FDA requirements and company quality objectives. This role monitors GMP compliance, validates product specifications, and oversees the inspection and storage of products.

Key responsibilities

• Verify activities during in‑house inspection of finished products.
• Monitor staff compliance with GMP requirements.
• Ensure products meet approved artwork and finished‑product specifications.
• Sign Batch Inspection Records after each activity.
• Countercheck damages, non‑conformances, and ensure proper product storage.
• Implement and update SOPs for QC procedures.
• Perform Pharmaceutical Quality System activities (PQR, QRM, Change Control, Deviations, OOS, CAPA).
• Coordinate training for QC staff.
• Communicate quality issues to relevant departments and management.
• Generate inspection and other required reports.
• Maintain calibration master plan and supervise calibration of measuring devices.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Regulatory teams on quality matters.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with an active license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA guidelines.
• Highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work 100% on‑site.
