About the role
The Company Nurse will assess employees' health problems, maintain medical records, and support company doctors in delivering care to staff and their dependents.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patients' health problems and needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist company doctors and nurses with medical care for employees and dependents.
- Provide quality nursing care to internal and external clients.
Required profile
- College/University degree in Nursing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Completed training in Basic Life Support.
- Post‑graduate course in Occupational Health Nursing (preferred, not required).
- Hospital experience is an advantage.
- Ability to handle a high volume of patients.
- Basic nursing knowledge and capability to manage simple tasks.
- Registered Nurse status is a plus but not required.
