Quality Control Manager – Training & Quality

About the role

The Quality Control Manager – Training & Quality leads the quality assurance function for Finance Operations. You will design, implement and continuously improve quality management systems while coaching cross‑functional teams to meet high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality management systems and procedures aligned with customer needs.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of quality control measures.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits as required.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and supplier teams to resolve quality issues.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance policies and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, drive improvements and present performance reports to senior management.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
