Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

Join DHL Supply Chain as a Quality Assurance Officer and help ensure that our logistics operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with production, operations and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify non‑conformities.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures and processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain detailed records and performance metrics for quality monitoring.
• Provide training and guidance on quality procedures to staff.
• Support the implementation and sustainability of the Operations Management System (OMS) on site.
• Coach supervisors and coordinators on OMS principles, job standardization and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• College diploma or degree in engineering, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in manufacturing, transport or logistics.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
