Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst will support our food manufacturing operations by performing rigorous testing of raw materials, in‑process samples, finished products, and water streams. You will ensure that all outputs meet the company’s safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses of raw materials, in‑process items, finished goods, water and wastewater.
• Monitor and re‑validate raw‑material inventories and finished‑goods stock.
• Coordinate with production teams to verify sanitation conditions of the plant.
• Apply Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and the Food Safety Management System.
• Execute testing according to the Quality Plan, oPRP Plan, HACCP Plan, and the Quality Assurance and Test Manual (QATM).
• Report any product‑related issues to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
• Preferably a licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a laboratory analyst.
• Familiarity with laboratory apparatus and their applications.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to work overtime or shift schedules when needed.

Required skills

• Laboratory analysis techniques (physical, chemical, microbiological).
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) implementation.
• ISO and HACCP compliance knowledge.
• Execution of quality testing procedures and documentation.
